Senior Business Intelligence Leader

A leading global company specializing in human hair extensions and award-winning exporter to the USA and UK, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to lead its analytics and reporting efforts.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable data pipelines to support business intelligence needs.
- Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, ensuring their professional growth and delivery of high-quality work.
- Collaborate extensively with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to implement and manage data solutions.
- Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using visualization tools such as Tableau and Looker Studio.
- Implement and monitor web analytics using GA4 and Google Tag Manager (GTM) to track user behavior.
- Apply Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques, including sentiment analysis, to extract insights from unstructured data.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven recommendations and insights.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all systems and processes.
