Senior Chess Instructor

Our company is looking for highly motivated and skilled Cheese Coordinators to join our team. We are hiring for the following time slots:

• 3 AM - 8 AM
• 3 PM - 9 PM
• 11 AM - 4 PM
• 8 PM - 1 AM

We are seeking candidates who have a passion for teaching children how to play chess. The ideal candidate will be able to motivate, educate, and inspire students to reach their full potential.

As a Chess Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, conducting interactive classes, and providing a fun and supportive learning environment.

1. Teach Children Online: You will be responsible for teaching children from the age of 6 to 16 years old online.
2. Develop Interactive Classrooms: You will need to develop creative activities and conduct group lessons as required.
3. Ensure Student Enjoyment: You will need to ensure that students enjoy the course and provide feedback to improve the program.
4. Conduct Demo Sessions: You will be responsible for conducting demo sessions with students and ensuring conversions.
5. Provide Supportive Environment: You will need to create a supportive and encouraging learning environment for all students.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• Strong Subject Knowledge: A deep understanding of the game of chess.
• Experience in Teaching Chess: A proven track record of teaching chess to children.
• Relevant Working Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a teaching or coaching role.

As a Chess Coordinator, you will receive a competitive salary package, including:

• Hourly Rate: Rs. 200 per hour for 3 AM - 7 AM shifts and Rs. 165 per hour for 9 PM - 1 AM shifts.
• Sessional Fees: Additional fees will be paid for each session completed.
• Minimum Pay Guarantee: A guaranteed minimum payment for each month worked.
