Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure software quality: Detect bugs early in the software development lifecycle and collaborate with development teams for continuous alignment.
  • Implement automated tests: Develop and maintain automated tests for various scenarios across multiple instances.
  • Enhance test coverage: Continuously extend automation test coverage to support early bug detection and risk management.
  • Collaborate with teams: Work closely with distribution and domain squads to achieve software quality goals.
  • Drive process improvements: Propose and implement process improvements aligned with our continuous improvement strategy.
  • Mastery of tools and components: Stay up-to-date with required tools and components for assigned tasks.
  • Adhere to best practices: Follow software development best practices and methodologies adopted by the company.
  • Produce relevant documentation: Create guidelines and documentation to support quality as everyone's responsibility.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Automated testing experience: At least 7 years of experience in automated testing.
  • Software development language: Knowledge of at least one software development language.
  • Automated testing technologies: Experience with Selenium, Cucumber, or similar technologies.
  • Test suites and tools: Experience building automated test suites for build/regression testing and working with Jenkins, CircleCI, Bamboo, or similar tools.
Desirable qualifications:
  • Loading/Stress Tests: Experience building Load/Stress Tests using tools like JMeter, Blazemeter, Apache Benchmark, or similar.
  • Continuous Integration/Deployment: Experience working in a continuous integration/deployment environment.
  • Microservice/SOA architecture: Experience building tests in the context of a microservice/SOA architecture.
  • API testing: Experience testing interfaces and APIs using SOAP-UI, Rest-Assured, or similar tools.
