Automation Test Engineer Role

We are seeking a talented Senior Selenium Automation Engineer to create, develop, and implement automated testing solutions for software products.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver.
  • Lead a team of software testers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful test execution.
  • Analyze and research Development Epics and User Stories for test scenarios and procedure updates.
  • Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.
  • Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify defects, performance issues, and areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues found during testing.
  • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and other Agile/Scrum activities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in test automation and incorporate them into our processes.
About You:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience (4+ years) as a Selenium Automation Engineer or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and test automation frameworks (e.g., TestNG, JUnit).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.
  • Proficiency in testing APIs using Postman.
  • Experience with performance testing and load testing.
  • Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB, Selenium WebDriver).
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Prioritize teamwork, high-quality outcomes, and adaptability.
  • Love working in a dynamic environment and being a quick learner.
