Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Final Test/Process Qualification Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) for semiconductor equipment and ensure successful qualification.
  • Execute checklists and procedures, update tasks as needed, and ensure on-track delivery.
  • Collect, process, and analyze data using statistical methods to identify trends and patterns.
  • Apply troubleshooting methodologies to eliminate equipment malfunctions and conduct diagnostic procedures.
  • Record process documentation and production data meticulously, adhering to compliance guidelines.
  • Refine process recipes based on test recipes and customer requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with PID tuning, Kawasaki robots, load ports, and vacuum chamber operation.
  • Conduct Design of Experiments (DOE) to improve product design or manufacturing processes.
  • Pump down vacuum chambers and load-locks with safety measures in place.
  • Good understanding of air-based instruments and interpretation of pneumatic and instrumentation diagrams.
  • Experience handling gases like CDA, N2, helium, and process chemistry is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in interpreting electrical and mechanical schematics, operation manuals, and technical documents.
  • Basic computer skills and Microsoft suite familiarity are required.
  • Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of semiconductor capital equipment are essential duties.
  • Able to work in a cleanroom environment with attention to detail and commitment to quality.
