About the Role:

The Production Optimization Specialist is responsible for streamlining production processes to improve efficiency and reduce lead times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed time studies to analyze current production processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop solutions to enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to operations.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures and work instructions.
  • Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of implemented changes and identify opportunities for further optimization.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in a production environment, preferably in an Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
