  • As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire budgeting and forecasting process for our growth group.
  • This role involves supervising the comprehensive zero-based budgeting and capital expenditure processes, as well as managing forecasting activities and monitoring cash flow.
  • You will ensure prompt and high-quality reporting in accordance with service level agreements and our business calendar, while also tracking and monitoring ZBB performance.
  • Key responsibilities include conducting variance analysis, consolidating T&M for all growth group functions, and presenting findings to stakeholders.
  • You will also be responsible for performing month-end closing activities, validating proposed corrections, and ensuring timely submission of LE and budget data.
  • An additional aspect of this role is collecting and consolidating SAP actuals information, standardizing the process, and analyzing costs causing variances.
  • Support will be provided in reconciling Cognos P&L information with SAP actuals data, as well as assisting in ad-hoc reports related to cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • You will collaborate with the global senior finance manager to build bottom-up budgets and perform business and planning cycles, including monthly forecasting.
  • A further responsibility is to prepare critical dashboards, monitor adherence to policies, and provide agreed management reporting.
  • You will conduct business analysis and forecasts for the growth group, manage a team of FTEs, and design career roadmaps for each of them.
  • Your experience should demonstrate your ability to lead a team, improve processes, and maintain compliance with guidelines and measured set by GCC.
  • We are looking for someone with a Chartered Accountant or MBA degree in accounting, finance, or related fields, and at least 8 years of experience in a controlling or financial reporting position.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in FP&A roles, demonstrated experience in process and system improvements, and proficiency in SAP, Power BI, Anaplan, COGNOS, and Microsoft Office.
