Job Overview

As a data-driven professional, you will play a key role in analyzing complex business trends and developing actionable insights to drive strategic decisions.

This position requires an individual with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, who can effectively communicate findings to senior management and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Salesforce and/or Certinia (FinancialForce), as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 4-6 years of experience in a similar role are required. Project management certification is highly desirable but not mandatory.

The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to interact confidently with senior executives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze business data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop comprehensive reports using Microsoft Excel to support decision-making
  • Drive conversations with stakeholders to understand their needs and align projects accordingly
  • Partner with various departments and teams to execute projects and tactical tasks efficiently
  • Present findings, updates, and strategic recommendations to senior management and stakeholders
  • Ensure excellent communication and collaboration with teams across multiple regions
  • Exhibit the ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines
  • Independently handle tasks and projects with minimal assistance, taking full ownership
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of judgment and discretion in decision-making and stakeholder interactions
  • Proven experience with Salesforce and/or Certinia (FinancialForce)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) are mandatory
  • Demonstrated ability to interact confidently with senior management and C-level executives
  • Project management certification is highly desirable, but not a mandatory requirement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
