To design, develop, and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reports for strategic insights, ensuring data accuracy, visualization, and analysis to support executive decision-making.
- Develop and deploy business intelligence dashboards as per requirements.
- Connect data sources like Excel, SQL Server, SAP - HANA, and other enterprise resource planning systems.
- Optimize existing dashboards and enhance performance.
- Collaborate with departments like Sales, Finance, Production, and Inventory for report generation.
- Provide user-level support and troubleshooting for business intelligence-related issues.
- Ensure data security and user-level access control.
- Maintain data refresh schedules and ensure uptime of reports.
- Dashboard Development & Timely Delivery Develop and deploy business intelligence dashboards as per requirements.
- Data Accuracy & Validation Ensure data integrity and validate output with relevant teams.
- User Support & Training Provide training and support to users on report access and interpretation.
- Automation of Reports Replace manual Excel-based reporting with automated business intelligence dashboards.
- Performance Monitoring Regular review and enhancement of report speed and accuracy.
- Number of reports/dashboards created monthly.
- Average turnaround time for report creation.
- Data accuracy rate (% of error-free reports).
- % of manual reports automated.
- User satisfaction rating from internal stakeholders.
- System downtime or data refresh failure incidents.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and deploy business intelligence dashboards, optimize existing dashboards, collaborate with departments, provide user-level support, ensure data security, and maintain data refresh schedules.
Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in business intelligence report development, strong Excel and SQL skills, good communication and analytical skills, and ERP system data handling experience is a plus.
