About This Role

We are looking to add a Senior Consultant to our team in Bengaluru. The strong Senior Consultant is an emerging company leader who delivers on our vision, performance requirements, and growth projections. The role is two-fold: as a client manager, you'll act as account lead for your clients, providing daily counsel and overseeing account activities. You'll partner with leaders to develop strategy and oversee a team of junior staff to execute.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Team lead for medium to large-sized accounts
  • Provides client consultancy and day-to-day account management to clients
  • Project manages accounts, ensuring work is delivered on time and to a high standard
  • Responsible for the management of Associate Consultants and Consultants, and also plays a role in their development and training
  • Ensures the client team undertakes account administration, such as maintaining WIP documents and writing contact reports
  • Leverages media networks and successfully pitches in stories
  • Understands and enables the use of traditional and social media tools to track coverage and gauge online sentiment
  • Plays a key role in new business development by cultivating relationships with clients and attending networking events

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Account Manager (8-10 years' experience) with experience in technology, B2B, or corporate PR to join our team. Experience in leading accounts, providing high-quality client counsel, and proven ability to formulate and deliver creative ideas and solutions to meet client objectives is an advantage.
