Entrepreneur in Residence

We are seeking a seasoned entrepreneur to join our organization as an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR). The EIR will work closely with the founder, providing strategic guidance and support to drive growth and scale.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in entrepreneurship, with experience in building and scaling startups. They will be responsible for shadowing the founder, participating in key meetings, and ensuring execution across teams.

The EIR will also be responsible for managing high-context switching across product, growth, partnerships, operations, and investor conversations. This is a unique opportunity for a talented entrepreneur to apply their skills and experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shadow the founder daily
  • Participate in key meetings
  • Manage follow-ups and ensure execution across teams
  • Manage high-context switching across product, growth, partnerships, operations, and investor conversations

Requirements:

  • Strong background in entrepreneurship
  • Experience in building and scaling startups
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
