Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Scrum Master to support one or more agile teams within our Agile Release Train (ART). You will play a critical role in enabling high-performing teams to deliver cutting-edge, responsible AI solutions for the banking sector.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • You will facilitate Planning Increment events, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives to ensure team efficiency and productivity.
  • You will coach the team on Agile best practices, Lean thinking, and SAFe principles to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • You will remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions to guarantee successful project delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • More than 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
  • At least 2 years of experience working in a SAFe environment, ideally within an Agile Release Train.
  • Experience supporting teams building AI/ML or data-driven products is highly valued.
  • You should possess strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile metrics and tools such as Craft, Jira, Confluence, Miro is a plus.
  • You must have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I/II) and/or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM / SASM).
  • A background in data science, AI/ML, or software engineering is beneficial.
  • Experience in regulated industries like banking or fintech is desired.
  • An understanding of MLOps, model governance, and AI lifecycle management is advantageous.
