Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, train, and fine-tune models for natural language processing, generative AI, and reinforcement learning.
  • Optimize deep neural networks and transformer architectures for efficient model performance.
  • Deploy and scale models using Docker/Kubernetes and REST/gRPC APIs.
  • Preprocess and clean structured/unstructured data for production use.
  • Build robust pipelines using Airflow, Spark, or custom ETL processes.
  • Implement advanced feature extraction and dimensionality reduction techniques.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest AI trends and technologies.
  • Experiment and innovate new products and services.
  • Document learnings through internal knowledge bases and blogs.
  • Collaborate closely with product owners, researchers, engineers, and client-facing teams.
Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development and deployment.
  • Proficiency in Python and modern frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, and JAX.
  • Experience with NLP, Generative AI, and Reinforcement Learning.
  • Familiarity with model serving and cloud platforms like AWS/GCP/Azure.
  • Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, and RAG pipelines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
