About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join our team in a new challenge. This is an onsite role for immediate joiners.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building and deploying AI/ML models, working with LLMs, optimizing pipelines, and contributing to scalable AI solutions that make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, Develop, and Deploy AI/ML Models that meet business needs
  • Work on LLMs, NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics projects that drive business growth.
  • Optimize ML Pipelines for Performance and Scalability across various environments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, data engineers, and product managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Stay Updated with Advancements in AI/ML and Suggest Improvements for Implementation in production
  • Conduct experiments, validate results, and integrate solutions into production seamlessly.
  • Troubleshoot, Monitor, and Improve Deployed Models to ensure optimal performance
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3–7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering roles with a strong track record of success.
  • Strong Proficiency in Python and Frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
  • Experience working with LLMs and fine-tuning large models to achieve business objectives.
  • Strong Knowledge of ML Pipelines, Data Preprocessing, and Deployment Frameworks (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, FastAPI)
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for AI/ML deployment and management.
  • Good Understanding of Software Development Practices, Git, CI/CD principles
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
