Public Health BIM Modeling Role

At CommandTech CAD IT Pvt. Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled Public Health BIM Modeler to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-4 years' experience in using Revit & Navisworks, and a degree/diploma in Mechanical Engineering is also required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • BIM Development: Create detailed BIM models for public health projects, adhering to project specifications and industry standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate various components into a cohesive model.
  • Model Coordination: Ensure model coordination and clash detection to identify and resolve potential conflicts before construction begins.
  • Standards Compliance: Ensure that all BIM models comply with relevant standards, guidelines, and protocols, including public health facility regulations.
  • Project Management: Oversee BIM workflows and processes, manage project deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of BIM deliverables.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks on models to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
