The successful candidate will play a key role in the development of Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health (MEP) services. This will involve preparing accurate 2D and 3D CAD drawings and models, working closely with engineers, designers, and project teams to ensure coordinated, detailed, and compliant documentation.
Key Responsibilities- Drawings and Modeling: Prepare detailed 2D drawings and 3D models of mechanical, electrical, and public health systems in AutoCAD and/or Revit (BIM).
- Collaboration: Work with MEP Engineers and Designers to translate design concepts into coordinated drawings.
- Compliance: Ensure drawings comply with project requirements, building regulations, industry standards, and company protocols.
- Support Services: Assist in the development of coordinated services drawings, clash detection, and model updates.
- Drawing Management: Maintain drawing registers, file management systems, and revision control.
- Project Support: Support project teams in producing tender, construction, and as-built drawings.
- CAD and BIM Proficiency: Proficiency in AutoCAD (essential) and Revit MEP/BIM (preferred).
- Mechanical Systems Knowledge: Experience in preparing MEP drawings and understanding of building services design.
