Design For Testability Professional

This is a leadership role that requires in-depth knowledge of DFT concepts, including scan insertion, ATPG, coverage analysis, transition delay test coverage analysis, and MBIST insertion and memory test validation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • In-depth knowledge of DFT concepts, including scan insertion, ATPG, coverage analysis, transition delay test coverage analysis, and MBIST insertion and memory test validation.
  • Expertise in test mode timing constraints definition and providing timing fixes/corrective actions for timing violations.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as perl and shell.
  • Working experience with Synopsis TetraMax/DFTMax and Cadence Encounter Test is a plus.
  • Ability to work in an international team, dynamic environment and learn new tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent problem solving skills, excellent communication and team work skills, and good English is required.

Requirements:

  • 7 to 15 years of experience in the field of Design For Testability.
  • Strong understanding of digital design principles and ability to apply them to complex test scenarios.
  • Knowledge of equivalence check, DFT DRC rules both in RTL lint tool (like spyglass) and ATPG tool like (TetraMax).
