Business Analysis Expert - CRE & Construction Lending Opportunity

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analysis Expert to join our team and play a crucial role in developing and enhancing our Commercial Real Estate (CRE) & Construction loan origination and administration platform.

This is a key position that requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, product owners, and the technology team to ensure our solutions meet the evolving needs of our customers in the commercial real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

  • Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements for CRE & Construction loan origination and post-closing administration, including draw management and disbursement processes.
  • Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys with stakeholders to understand their needs and pain points.
  • Translate business needs into clear, concise, and testable user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Product Development & Enhancement:

  • Collaborate with product owners to define product vision, roadmap, and release plans.
  • Contribute to the design and development of new features and functionalities for our loan origination and administration platform.
  • Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and automation.

• Construction Loan Monitoring Expertise:

  • Develop a deep understanding of construction loan processes, including budget management, draw requests, inspections, and disbursements.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. A strong background in business analysis, commercial real estate, and construction lending is essential.
