Customer Service Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to oversee day-to-day operations on the gaming floor, ensuring smooth delivery of services and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and safety.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily floor activities, ensuring all games and attractions are operational. This includes supervising gaming attendants, cashiers, and support staff during shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily floor activities, ensuring all games and attractions are operational.
  • Supervise gaming attendants, cashiers, and support staff during shifts.
  • Monitor customer flow, manage waiting times, and resolve service-related issues quickly.
  • Ensure all equipment is properly maintained, reported, and repaired as needed.
  • Assist in stock management for tokens, tickets, and consumables.

Customer Experience:

  • Provide excellent customer service and handle escalated guest concerns.
  • Educate customers about games, safety rules, and promotions.
  • Ensure cleanliness and safety standards across the gaming zone.
  • Monitor guest feedback and suggest improvements to management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, entertainment, retail, or gaming industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.
