Job Title:
#Site Supervisor / Building Finishing Specialist

#Project Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the completion of a 60,000 sq. ft. semi-finished school building project.

#Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead site execution independently, ensuring timely delivery and top-quality standards.
  • Supervise internal & external plastering, roof mud phaska and thermal insulation, flooring work, toilet renovation, and waterproofing for roof, toilets, and water storage areas.
  • Coordinate electrical & plumbing works, including wiring, conduit laying, light fixtures, and DB panel installation.
  • Ensure all systems (electrical, plumbing) are functional.


#Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or related technical field.
  • 3–10 years of site supervision experience in building finishing works.
  • Leadership skills to handle multi-skilled labor & vendor teams.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and basic AutoCAD is a plus.
