Job Title: Company Store Manager

At Royal Enfield, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Company Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and achieving sales targets in the Motorcycle Business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve budgeted volumes and market share in the Motorcycle Business.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to ensure consistent sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with regional business managers to plan and achieve organizational goals in terms of volumes, market share, and profitability.
  • Provide sales manpower training and development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure that infrastructure and processes are compliant with Royal Enfield norms and policies.
  • Attend customer complaints and ensure high-level customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Organize rides and customer meets to build relationships and drive sales.
  • Launch customer schemes and promotions to drive sales and market share.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with business partners, including banks and financial institutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a relevant field.
  • 4+ years of experience in sales or business development in the automotive or telecom sector.
