Job Title:
Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our operations team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of ensuring team productivity, work accuracy, and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily workflows to ensure maximum capacity utilization.
  • Maintain schedule adherence for self and team members.
  • Implement effective operations management strategies to overcome daily challenges.
  • Establish strong communication channels with the US offices.
  • Prepare accurate reports and submit them on time.
  • Perform quality checks on team member's work.
  • Conduct daily meetings and provide timely process updates.
  • Anticipate client needs and prepare reports.
  • Review QC feedbacks and improve quality standards.

Requirements:
  • Graduate or Master's degree in any field is required.
  • Proactive approach towards taking up new challenges and increasing self-exposure.
  • Strong oral and written English communication skills with problem-solving ability.
  • Good networking skills across the organization.
  • Training skills to conduct process, refresher, and basic soft skills training.
  • Ability to create a challenging and fast-paced team-oriented environment.
  • 5-7 years of experience in managing teams at BPO/KPO.
  • Ability to manage stress under pressure.
  • Strong computer skills in Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet/Intranet.
  • Ability to learn quickly and teach others.
  • Familiarity with financial services and class action/mass tort is an advantage.
  • Ability to interact confidently with US internal and external customers.
  • Candidates with experience in legal process domains will be preferred.
  • Ability to review reports and take actions based on data.

Work Environment:
The job requires working in night shifts (USA shift timing with additional allowances) and on Indian holidays.

Career Progression:
If you perform well in this role, you may grow into Sr.Team Leader, Assistant Manager, or Ops Manager roles.
