Job Overview:

This is a leadership position responsible for driving the strategic direction and smooth operation of the Finance Department.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain effective internal controls, ensuring the accurate use and movement of funds, adhering to set protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Promptly prepare and submit timely financial reports to stakeholders, highlighting performance against budget and key financial metrics.
  • Monitor management reporting, profitability, revenues, pricing tariff, and align with billing models to optimize revenue streams.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive budget and forecasting models, cash flow management, and working capital optimization strategies.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks, escalating issues as necessary to ensure business continuity.
  • Collaborate with compliance teams to address audit queries, ensure accurate taxation policies, and optimize tax planning.
  • Foster relationships with key vendors, contributing to commercial negotiations to drive value-added outcomes.
  • Lead and motivate the finance function to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Facilitate collaboration and integration among finance and business teams, ensuring seamless interfaces and aligned goals.
  • Represent the organization externally, promoting a positive reputation and capability.
Key Qualifications:
  • CA/CMA certification with 12+ years of experience
  • Background in Hospital/Healthcare domain
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi
  • Strong communication, observational, and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent teamwork and people skills
  • Ability to take initiative and handle emotionally charged situations
  • Resilience and empathy
