Job Title: Infrastructure Development Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for an Infrastructure Development Manager located in the city. The role will be responsible for planning and executing infrastructure projects from inception to completion.

  • Ensures all site work is conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Manages project materials by creating and maintaining detailed BOQs (Bills of Quantities)
  • Cultivates strong relationships with vendors to meet project needs

Daily tasks include:

  • Conducting thorough site inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards
  • Developing comprehensive project plans that outline timelines, milestones, and resource allocations
  • Maintaining high-quality standards throughout all stages of project development
  • Providing technical guidance and support to construction teams as needed

Key Qualifications:

  • Expertise in Civil Engineering Design and Construction
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Experience with construction site management and regulatory compliance
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus
