Responsibilities include:
Project Management and Delivery:
- • Lead cloud infrastructure projects using Agile/Scrum or traditional methodologies.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) and coach teams on Agile principles.
• Oversee projects end-to-end, including planning, resource allocation, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with internal teams, vendors, and clients.

• Develop and maintain project documentation, reports, and workflows.
Cloud Infrastructure and Systems Oversight:
- • Support administration of AWS environments (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, CloudFormation).
• Coordinate deployments, migrations, and optimization of cloud infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with security best practices, automation standards, and high availability requirements.
Client Management:
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for cloud infrastructure projects.
• Translate client requirements into technical specifications and ensure solutions align with business objectives.
• Provide consistent updates, handle escalations, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Accommodate client needs across global time zones, including late-night meetings when required.
Continuous Improvement:
- • Stay current with emerging cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Well-Architected Framework, CI/CD, DevOps).
• Recommend enhancements to improve infrastructure reliability, team performance, and client satisfaction.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing based on business impact and deadlines.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
Education:
- • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• MBA or equivalent professional experience is mandatory.
Experience:
- • 5+ years in systems administration, with at least 3 years managing AWS environments.
• 4+ years in project management or Scrum Master roles in IT or cloud-based environments.
• 2+ years of client-facing experience, including requirements gathering and solution delivery.
• 2+ years of team leadership or supervisory experience.
• Proven track record managing large-scale cloud deployments and hybrid/multi-cloud infrastructures.
Technical Skills:
- • Proficiency in AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, CloudFormation).
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux systems administration.
• Understanding of cloud security practices and monitoring tools.
Leadership and Soft Skills:
- • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to motivate, mentor, and manage technical teams.
• Problem-solving mindset focused on efficiency, reliability, and client satisfaction.
