About the Role

The FlashBlade team is expanding its Quality Engineering capabilities to focus on defining and refining, building, and maintaining an evolving suite of tests to ship high-quality products for Enterprise Readiness.

As a System Tester, you will work closely with Developers, Solution Architects, and Product Managers to define and develop optimal test coverage for product use cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to validate customer use cases in your test environment
  • Review product requirements, design documents, and customer use cases to build test plans and develop automation
  • Execute system testing for new and existing features across multiple product releases
  • Identify, analyze, and document defects discovered during testing

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in software testing and test automation within an enterprise storage product environment
  • Good knowledge of file systems, file system protocols, and data replication
  • Strong automation skills and familiarity with automation tooling like Pytest
  • Familiarity with application ecosystems and directory services
  • Ability to deploy and utilize third-party I/O tools
  • Skilled at reviewing and collaborating on product design documents and test plans
  • 8+ years of relevant work experience
