Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in financial management, with a focus on cost optimization and process control.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accuracy and timeliness of financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Manage SKU-wise reports, analyzing trends and identifying opportunities for cost reduction.
  • Analyze cost structures, implementing cost-saving measures to optimize expenditure.
  • Monitor and control plant expenditures, ensuring efficiency and profitability through data-driven decision-making.
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs, improving gross margin variance analysis and driving business growth.
  • Coordinate the completion of various reconciliations required for audit purposes.
  • Manage material procurement and processing, reviewing production orders and inventory valuation to ensure optimal resource allocation.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should hold ICWA or CMA qualifications and have at least 5 years of experience in financial management and accounting.
  • Demonstrated expertise in data analysis, process improvement, team leadership, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to identify areas for improvement.
