
Customer Support Advisor

We are seeking an experienced customer service professional to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will be responsible for providing them with exceptional support.
Key Responsibilities- Build customer service skills through extensive training and hands-on experience
- Work closely with multiple global teams to gain broader business experience
- Contribute to DAZN's customer retention strategy by identifying and resolving customer issues
- Provide valuable feedback to improve the customer experience
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to performance metrics and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction
- Business-level English proficiency (C1)
- Prior work experience in a customer service environment
- Familiarity with customer service metrics, including Average Handling Time and First Contact Resolution
