Marketing Strategist Opportunity

We are seeking a Marketing Strategist to drive product visibility, lead generation, and success in the market.

This role involves designing and implementing comprehensive lead generation strategies to build and expand the sales pipeline, focusing on the US market or Western countries.

The successful candidate will plan and execute marketing campaigns for brand building and demand generation using various marketing channels such as digital marketing, search engine marketing, content marketing, social media, conferences, and other related programs.

Key responsibilities include conducting research on products, industries, and customers to understand their personas, pain points, and customer journey flows that impact the product.

The ideal candidate will develop and execute targeted campaigns to engage high-value accounts and decision-makers.

They will work with cross-functional teams to create impactful messaging, offers, and content for campaigns that resonate with key personas.

Lead qualification process ownership and effective lead handoff to the sales team are also essential duties of this position.

Regular collaboration with the sales team is necessary to align on target accounts, sales goals, and campaign objectives, ensuring effective pipeline handoff and conversion.

A continuous optimization of lead generation processes by experimenting with new tactics, channels, and technologies to improve lead quality and pipeline efficiency is expected from the ideal candidate.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of prior demonstrable experience in product marketing/digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of B2B demand generation strategies, including cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and lead nurturing
  • Ability to strategize and create content relevant to a specific audience
  • Able to ramp up quickly on new technologies
  • Self-directed and operates with urgency, focus, and discipline
  • Must demonstrate strategic thinking and thought leadership
  • Ability to lead initiatives through implementation
  • A track record of success in the design and execution of cross-functional projects
  • Good knowledge of English (written and oral) and good communication skills with good interpersonal skills
  • Strong writing skills and ability to present concepts verbally
