Supply Chain Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Supply Chain Business Systems Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders to ensure seamless system implementation.
  • Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications for Oracle EBS Supply Chain modules to drive effective process management.
  • Provide functional expertise in Procurement and Inventory modules to optimize supply chain operations.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional IT teams for new implementations, enhancements, and support to ensure timely delivery.
  • Support full SDLC phases including requirement analysis, testing, training, deployment, and post-go-live support to guarantee successful project execution.
  • Conduct root cause analysis, troubleshoot issues, and provide functional support to resolve complex problems.
  • Prepare functional documentation, training manuals, and user guides to facilitate knowledge transfer.
  • Participate in UAT, identify test cases, and ensure proper validation of solutions to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5-8 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst / Functional Consultant in Oracle EBS with a strong understanding of business processes and systems.
  • 5+ years hands-on experience in Oracle Procurement & Inventory modules with expertise in configuration and customization.
  • Good understanding of Order Management and Advanced Pricing principles to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Experience in requirement gathering, functional design, testing, and user support to ensure end-to-end service delivery.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Oracle Database, and Data Warehousing to leverage data insights for informed decisions.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or related field with a strong foundation in analytical skills.
  • Oracle certifications (SCM/EBS) preferred to demonstrate technical expertise.
