Supply Chain Optimization Specialist

This critical role is responsible for ensuring seamless supply chain execution through accurate demand forecasting, optimized inventory management, and collaborative efforts with cross-functional teams.

As a key contributor to our strategic business goals, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining precise demand forecasts using statistical models, historical data, and market insights.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading monthly forecast review meetings and driving consensus across business functions.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external partners (vendors, suppliers) to align supply and demand.
  • Monitoring and analyzing forecast accuracy, identifying root causes for variances, and driving continuous improvement.
  • Managing supply planning activities to ensure product availability while minimizing excess inventory.

Additionally, this position requires proficiency in utilizing ERP and planning tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis) to create data-driven, actionable plans.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or Operations (manufacturing/electronics a plus).
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in forecasting tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
