About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced Demand Planner to fill a challenging role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in demand planning and forecasting, with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demand Planning & Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts and demand plans for various product categories.
  • Statistical Modeling and Data Analysis: Apply statistical modeling and data analysis techniques to drive business insights and improve forecasting accuracy.
  • Kinaxis Maestro: Utilize Kinaxis Maestro to analyze and optimize supply chain performance.
  • ERP Systems: Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP ECC, S4 Hana, and JDE is essential.
  • Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) and Supply Chain Operations Excellence (S&OE): Strong knowledge of S&OP and S&OE processes is required.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to work effectively with Sales and Marketing teams globally.
  • Prioritization and Time Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in demand planning and forecasting.
  • Hands-on experience with Kinaxis Maestro is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
