Manufacturing Software Expert

Our organization seeks a skilled Manufacturing Software Expert to join our team. In this role, you will utilize your expertise in machine programming to design and implement software solutions for efficient production processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and program the S4 + P4 machines to produce high-quality products, ensuring that production processes meet customer requirements.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of the S4 + P4 machine's capabilities and limitations, staying up-to-date with new features and technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvements, implementing changes to increase productivity and reduce costs.
  • Analyze production data to optimize machine settings, improving product quality and throughput.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, troubleshoot issues, and escalate problems to senior technicians when necessary.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of machine programming principles and practices.
  • Proven experience in a similar manufacturing environment, with a focus on software development and implementation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
