Enterprise Financial Application Designer

Our organization is focused on building next-generation financial applications. We are committed to making money management, investments, and financial services seamless for individuals and businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design User Experiences: Create intuitive and scalable user experiences through user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for web & mobile apps.
  • Translate Complex Requirements: Translate complex business requirements into user-friendly designs that meet the needs of our users.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Collaborate with product managers & developers to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
  • Conduct User Research: Conduct user research, usability testing, and refine designs based on feedback to improve user experience.
  • Maintain Design Systems: Develop and maintain scalable design systems for enterprise-level applications to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Stay Updated: Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and usability practices to stay ahead in the industry.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's / Master's degree in Design, Computer Science, HCI, or related fields.
  • Experience: Freshers with strong design portfolios are encouraged to apply, while experienced designers with enterprise app design experience will be given preference.
Required Skills:
  • Figma/Adobe XD/Sketch/InVision: Proficiency in designing user interfaces using these tools.
  • Wireframing/Prototyping: Strong knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and design systems to create effective user experiences.
  • User Research: Understanding of user research, personas, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Enterprise App Design: Ability to design enterprise app interfaces (dashboards, workflows, data visualization) that meet user needs.
  • Problem-Solving/Creative Thinking/Communication: Good problem-solving, creative thinking & communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams.
  • Basic Front-End Knowledge: Basic front-end knowledge (HTML, CSS, JS) – a plus.
