Job Role: Front Office Executive

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in a high-end hotel front office environment, managing daily operations with exceptional customer service and administrative support.

  • Manage front desk duties, including check-ins/outs, billing, answering phone calls, emails, and responding to inquiries.
  • Evaluate and rectify lapses in front desk functions in real-time.
  • Administer daily front office functions, implement continuous review and improvement processes.

Responsibilities also include:

  • Filling-in duties as needed during absences or peak workloads.
  • Maintaining accurate records of billing and recovery, tracking invoices and payments with the accounting team.
  • Monitoring and overseeing guest services on a daily basis.
  • Identifying critical guests, VIP arrivals, meeting and greeting, and attending to guest needs as necessary.
  • Responding to short-term and long-term stay inquiries.

A strong hospitality attitude, excellent communication skills, thorough organization, and supervisory abilities are essential for this role. The ideal candidate will be a natural team player with patience, negotiation skills, and conflict resolution abilities.
