Job Title: Hotel Manager – Corporate Office

Location: Maharashtra, India

The ideal candidate for this role will be a seasoned hotel manager with extensive experience in leading teams and driving operational excellence. With a proven track record of success in the hospitality industry, they will possess excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the company, ensuring the highest standards of excellence and efficiency. This includes developing and implementing strategies aligned with the company's vision and objectives, as well as collaborating with international luxury hotel brands to maintain and enhance service quality and profitability.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational efficiencies and improvements across all assets, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. They will also oversee budgets, financial performance, and profitability of the assets, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Key qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field, with an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) being preferred. A minimum of 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry is required, with at least 3 years in a leadership role as General Manager/ Unit Head of a Hotel with a leading International Hospitality Brand in India.

Proven experience in managing hospitality operations, strong financial acumen, and budgetary management are essential. The ideal candidate will also possess excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and execute tactically. Familiarity with international luxury hotel brand standards and operations is also highly desirable.
