Ensuring data reliability and integrity is a critical task for any organization. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the consistency and dependability of our data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure 100% compliance with backup jobs on a daily basis
  • Identify and troubleshoot missed and failed Veeam backup jobs, resolving failures promptly and escalating as needed
  • Configure and administer Veeam Agent for Windows to ensure successful and consistent backups
  • Experience in configuring Veeam backup with cloud storage such as AWS S3 Buckets and Azure Blob Storage is required
  • Knowledge of VMware and Hyper-V, as well as HPE/IBM/Dell Tape libraries devices and Microsoft Windows, Linux (RHEL, CentOS)

In addition to these technical skills, strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential for this position. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify hardware issues and coordinate with OEMs. Proficiency in ticketing tools such as Symphony Summit and Service Now is also required.
