Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior AI Research Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI/ML, data science, and software development.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying end-to-end AI/ML solutions. They will lead projects involving large language models, natural language processing, recommendation engines, and predictive models.

The candidate will build, optimize, and maintain data pipelines and APIs for machine learning services. They will also deploy and scale machine learning models on cloud platforms with containerization and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop cutting-edge AI/ML solutions
  • Lead large-scale projects involving natural language processing, recommendation engines, and predictive models
  • Build and maintain robust data pipelines and APIs for machine learning services
  • Deploy and scale machine learning models on cloud platforms using CI/CD
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
  • 5-6 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML and data science
  • Strong expertise in Python and popular machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face)
  • Practical experience with large language models, embeddings, vector databases, and RAG pipelines
  • Proven background in recommendation systems, personalization, and predictive modeling
  • Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases and data pipeline development
  • Familiarity with APIs and microservices (FastAPI, Django REST, Flask)
  • Experience with cloud machine learning deployments (Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • Good knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD for production machine learning
