Job Title: Artificial Intelligence Research Scientist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Artificial Intelligence Research Scientist to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to conduct groundbreaking research and development in AI, working on large language models, prompt systems, evaluation frameworks, and algorithm pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create experimental prototypes that demonstrate clear scientific advances, such as better evaluation metrics or prompt robustness.
  • Develop and benchmark improvements in large language model architecture, fine-tuning workflows, and generation control.
  • Orient infrastructure: from data pipelines and experiment sandbox to model serving, batch/online inference, logging, and CI/CD.
  • Design frameworks to automate scientific cycles: data generation, metric computation, model comparison dashboards.

Requirements:

  • Masters or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related fields (or equivalent experience)
  • Deep familiarity with LLMs, fine-tuning, reinforcement learning.
  • Expertise in Python + frameworks like PyTorch or JAX; experience with Hugging Face or deployed LLM APIs
  • Strong software engineering intuition: modular design, CI/CD, containerization, automated testing
