Product Designer Role Overview

Were looking for a Product Designer who can blend creativity with problem-solving to design elegant, user-friendly solutions for complex problems. You'll be responsible for crafting user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs that directly impact the way healthcare organizations interact with our platform.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact on the design and usability of an innovative AI platform in a rapidly evolving industry.

  • User-Centered Design: Lead the design process for new features and product areas, ensuring that user needs and pain points are at the core of every design decision
    • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and user researchers, to bring product features from concept to launch
      • Design Systems: Contribute to the evolution of our design system, ensuring consistency in visual design, user interaction patterns, and accessibility across the product
        • Iterate & Improve: Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, testing, and team input to ensure the final product meets business goals and user needs

Key Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, Interaction Designer, or UX/UI Designer, with a portfolio that demonstrates your design process and impact
    • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
      • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, including research, usability testing, and design iteration

The ideal candidate has experience designing for complex products, particularly in SaaS, healthcare, or regulated industries.

This role requires excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
