Job Title: Automation Test Analyst

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Automation Test Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts for various applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop automated test scripts using relevant tools and technologies.
  • Create and implement test automation frameworks to enhance efficiency and coverage.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure test requirements are met.
  • Mentor and train junior team members in automation best practices and tools.
  • Review and analyze test results, provide insights, and drive continuous improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Experience in C# programming and relevant testing frameworks (NUnit, MS Test).
  • Strong hands-on experience in code review and test script development.
  • Knowledge of test case management tools (JIRA/TFS) and CI-CD pipelines.
  • Awareness of Agile methodologies and experience working in In-Sprint automation teams.
