Emeritus is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admissions Officer to undertake various administrative tasks related to course enrolment and certificate issuance.

About the Role:

  • Review and assess applications for course admission
  • Manage communication regarding refunds, deferments, and certificate issuance
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for certificate-related queries and pre/post-enrolment activities

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, and Program Support teams to ensure timely responses to participants
  2. Oversee reminders for pending payment installments
  3. Design certificate templates according to affiliated schools' requirements
  4. Generate key reports for stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in admissions or a relevant position
  • Ability to work with diverse teams
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills
  • Tech-savviness and proficiency in MS Office
  • Detail-oriented and efficient
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
