About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Admissions Officer to handle various administrative and operational tasks related to course enrollment and certificate issuance.

This role requires an organized and detail-oriented individual who can work effectively with diverse teams to facilitate the efficient management of pre- and post-enrollment activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Application Review: Review and evaluate applications for course enrollment, ensuring timely processing and decision-making.
  • Communication Management: Manage all communications related to refunds, deferments, and certificate issuance, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Program Support teams to ensure timely responses to participants' queries.
  • Reminder Management: Oversee all reminders related to pending payment installments, ensuring prompt follow-up and resolution.
  • Certificate Creation: Design and create certificate templates according to affiliated schools' requirements.
  • Reporting: Develop and circulate key reports to relevant stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: 2-5 years of proven experience as an Admissions Officer or equivalent position.
  • Work Schedule: Work 5 days a week, with a rostered week-off and occasional weekend working.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively with diverse and multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent time-management and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
  • Tech Savviness: Proficient in MS Office, with ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with ability to multitask and maintain efficiencies.
