**Job Title:** Data Center Operations ManagerThe primary objective of this role is to oversee the day-to-day operations of a data center, ensuring that all activities are executed within the agreed-upon timelines while maintaining excellent communication.This position involves leading a team of professionals and guaranteeing that all planned and unplanned activities are completed efficiently.Main Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the shift team and ensure all tasks are executed within the allotted time frame with effective communication.
  2. Track and close complaints in accordance with SLA deviations.
  3. Manage incidents and conduct root cause analysis (RCA) with timely recommendations and periodic review of RCA findings.
  4. Asset management - warranty - AMC - lifecycle - capacity management.
  5. 5 PPM tracking and completion with TAT - OEM and ensure 100% availability of equipment.
  6. Vendor management with RAT and TAT on complaints and ensure uptime of redundant equipment.
  7. Track and maintain records for all stocks as per BCP requirements.
  8. Coordinate with CE Team for customer-related queries and submit reports on time.
  9. Maintain compliance at 100% with periodic trackers.
  10. Adhere to physical security processes.
  11. Prepare risk assessments and periodical validations and updates based on incidents and RCA findings.
  12. Update inventories up to date with capacity vs accompaniment vs balance on monthly bases with customer details on rack inventory.
  13. Submit reports on time with agreed-upon timelines.
  14. Audit and compliance should be 100%.
  15. Knowledge in HSE.
Key Competencies:
  1. Electrical/Mechanical Engineering degree.
  2. Proven relevant work experience in the Data Center Industry.
  3. Solid technical background, understanding, and hands-on experience in data center infrastructure.
  4. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities.
Educational Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.

Working Experience:

At least 7+ years of progressive data center and/or critical facilities experience.
