Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist with expertise in healthcare data to join our team. You will collaborate closely with business leaders and customers to understand their pain-points and develop large-scale solutions using machine learning algorithms. Your primary responsibilities will include designing and leading the development of various AI initiatives to improve health and wellness, working with the data platform and applications team to integrate data science capabilities, and staying updated on advancements in AI/ML technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and lead the development of AI initiatives to improve health and wellness
  • Collaborate with business leaders and customers to understand pain-points and build solutions
  • Define technical architecture to productize machine-learning algorithms and take them to market
  • Break down complex business problems into machine learning problems and design solution workflows
  • Work with the data platform and applications team to integrate data science capabilities
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other relevant fields (PhD preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in Data Science (healthcare experience a plus)
  • Strong hands-on experience in Python - building enterprise applications
  • Deep experience in classical and new age NLP techniques - must have either trained or fine-tuned a transformer architecture
  • Understanding of fine LLM tuning techniques like PEFT (experience with LoRA and QLoRA preferred)
  • Experience with GenAI tools and techniques, including RAG, VectorDBs, Agentic AI fundamentals
  • Proficiency in at least one of LangChain, Crew.AI
  • Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks (Pytorch, HuggingFace transformers)
  • Hands-on experience with at least one ML platform from amongst Databricks, Azure ML, Sagemaker
