About the Role:

Shanoor Homes is seeking an experienced Senior Architect to lead our design and construction team. As a key member, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs, collaborating with clients and consultants, and ensuring compliance with local building codes.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed drawings and specifications for residential and commercial projects
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide design solutions that meet their expectations
  • Work with consultants and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in architecture, preferably in a residential or commercial construction company
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and other industry-standard software
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to work effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors
