Production Management Expert
Job OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned production manager to oversee the daily operations of our IQF cooked and blanched products. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in organizing production schedules, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations, and maintaining production equipment.
Main Responsibilities- Lead daily production processes to meet quality and quantity standards.
- Develop strategies to improve production efficiency and reduce costs.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Ensure seamless maintenance and repair of production equipment.
- Supervise and train junior staff for smooth day-to-day operations.
The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proven track record of driving productivity and profitability.
