Relationship Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Relationship Manager - Treasury-Forex Merchant. In this role, you will provide expert advice on treasury sales products to meet client needs. Your primary responsibilities will include developing new business opportunities, collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues related to foreign exchange transactions and hedging solutions, and analyzing market trends to optimize client investment portfolios.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of trade transactions and identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Forex trading, Foreign Exchange, Fx Sales, and corporate clients' requirements for Merchant Acquiring services. Excellent communication skills are essential to build trust and rapport with clients at all levels.

Additionally, the successful candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze market trends and provide actionable insights to optimize client investment portfolios.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of Forex Trading, Foreign Exchange, Fx Sales, and corporate clients' requirements for Merchant Acquiring services.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients at all levels.
  • MBA/PGDM degree from a reputable institution (any specialization).
