Senior Legal Project Manager

A seasoned project manager is required to lead our legal research team in delivering exceptional results through technology-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and milestones for legal research and documentation.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and project progress.
  • Maintain quality control for all legal research, reports, and documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with legal standards.
  • Optimize research workflows and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, leveraging legal ERP platforms and Legal Tech solutions.
Requirements:
  • 6-7 years of experience in project management, preferably in legal operations, litigation support, or arbitration environments.
  • Strong understanding of legal processes, research methodologies, and documentation standards.
  • Experience in managing high-compliance environments and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Trello, Jira, MS Project) and legal research databases (e.g., LexisNexis, Westlaw).
