Role Overview:

The Program Associate is a crucial role in the implementation of our Literacy program in India - Madhya Pradesh.

This position involves working closely with stakeholders at various levels, including government departments and officials, to ensure the successful execution of the project.

You will be responsible for supporting the quality implementation of the program in the district and blocks, ensuring timely, efficient, and well-coordinated implementation, adhering to program guidelines.

A key aspect of this role is conducting regular visits to program schools, observing classroom transactions, speaking to teachers and headmasters, and making suggestions for improving the quality and utilization of program materials.

You will also support the District Lead by collating data from the field and communicating the same to the organization for necessary changes in pedagogy and material.

Additionally, you will analyze various data and information from the field, develop programmatic correlations, and flag issues for larger discussion.

Your expertise will be essential in participating in IDTS workshops on material development, training module development, and training of trainers.

Prior experience in the education sector and a Master's degree in education or social sciences are preferred qualifications for this role.
